Ms. Weems has been employed as an attorney since 1972.  She is licensed in the State of Missouri.

Ms. Weems received her Bachelors Degree in History and Comparative Literature from Indiana University in 1967, graduating with honors.  She received her Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 1972. 

Upon graduation from St. Louis University School of Law, she was a law clerk for Judge Joseph Simeone at the Missouri Court of Appeals before entering private practice with the firm of Flynn & Parker in 1974.  Beginning in 1979 she formed her own firm and has been engaged in the private practice of law in her own firm from that time forward.  Ms. Weems is a member of The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The St. Louis County Bar Association.  Ms. Weems has been a speaker and presenter at various continuing legal education programs for The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.  Ms. Weems has served as an officer of the Young Lawyers Section of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, the chair of the Family Law Section and has served on the Young Lawyers Council of The Missouri Bar.  Ms. Weems served for 10 years on the Regional Disciplinary Committee and has served on other commissions and panels for The Missouri Bar. 

Ms. Weems primarily handles matters concerning family law, divorce, child custody and child support, paternity, modification and enforcement of judgments, adoption law, estate planning and tax considerations, and contracts involving small businesses.  Ms. Weems has tried cases in Circuit Courts of St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St Charles County, Lincoln County, Pike County, Franklin County and Dent County.  Ms. Weems has written numerous Appellate Court Briefs and has successfully argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, and the Missouri Supreme Court. 

Ms. Weems has been listed in Whos Who in American Women.

Mr. Tuncil has worked at the Law Offices of Mary Ann Weems since 2010.  He is liscensed in the State of Illinois and Missouri.

Mr. Tuncil received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Saint Louis University in 2003, graduating summa cum laude.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis Univeristy School of Law in 2006 where he was a member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal, Faculty Fellow and Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistance.

Mr. Tuncil is currenly a member of the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolital St. Louis, the Saint Louis County Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and board member of the Lawyers for Equility.   Mr. Tuncil has been a guest judge/evaluator for the Missouri High School Mock TrialCompetition and the AAJ Student Trial Advocacy Competition.

Mr. Tuncil presented a CLE entitled What’s Love Got to Do With It: Defining Marital Property vs. Non-Marital Property at Saint Louis Univeristy School of Law and has been a moderator at the annual Family Law Conference presented by the Missouri Bar.

Mr. Tuncil primarily handles matters concerning family law, divorce, child custody, child support, paternity, modiciation, enforcement of judgments, adoption law and estate planning / wills and trusts.   Mr. Tuncil has written numerous appellate court briefs and has succesfully argued cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
